Personality profiling is used extensively through senior leadership in many organization. The test's are used by trained professionals to assist in identifying personality structure and psychopathology.

Profile testing intention is to examine the behavior of individuals in their environment or within a specific situation (otherwise known as environment). It therefore focuses on the styles and preferences of such behavior.
