  • Christian is a good manager that possesses great passion and focus for performing well in his role.  He likes working with his people to guide them towards success.  He has good business acumen and is always searching for new and emerging technologies, which will enable him and his colleagues.

  • Christian is great at listening to his staff and understanding. Also good at helping with weaknesses/coaching. But sometimes goes off track with his analogies. I found his flexibility with going to appointments and making up time very helpful.
  • A very sound understanding of business and marketing a business. Very articulate explanation of strategies. Very good communication skill written and verbal, he can talk under water but it is all-relevant and worth listening to.
