Im an experienced leader working within a cross functional team as a division head with Sales Executives, managers and sales coaches and full P&L responsibilities. Leading broadly diverse and high performing sales teams I have successfully executed business strategies and exceeded company objectives and targets. 

I have a strong focus on exceptional customer service, business development management and coaching. A ability to build & sustain strong customer relationship’s at senior level including executive level relationship building. A people management style of firm but fair quickly earned the respect of staff while over-achieving on business results and KPI’s. Known as a leader with the ability to build & manage a cross-cultural, cross-tower & cross-business team for effective & efficient customer support. Able to develop & present high impact messages to senior level management and able to manage crisis & conflict.

Financially astute working within finance & insurance in the past and commercially minded having a thorough understanding of financial management of a P&L. Throughout his career he has managed to introduce initiatives that not only save costs but drive revenue. Negotiated multimillion dollar contracts and worked closely with directors/CEO’s, senior purchasing professionals and marketing teams and have a proven history in strategic thinking and commercial acumen.

Currently undertaking Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) through Heriot-Watt University as well as a mentee through the Drucker Institute. He hold a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessing and have a strong understanding of Lean & Six Sigma principles. Known for his skills as a change-agent who can implement culture & performance improvements through teams.

This can include looking to recruit staff for new roles and changing roles.
